My wife and I refinanced out title, the title co forgot to put my name on it, it on before the refi. I pay all the mortgage in my checking acct, We are getting divorce. What Can I DO?

Welcome to Mortgage, first of all contact them and give information about mistake done by them. If your name not mentioned on mortgage dogs by mistake but they will not accept cheque of your account. They will contact your wife for payment. I hope they will cooperate to you.
