I would a bank. Has anyone been terminated for having the criminal background check come back with a DUI?

Well... I won't be able to say that. However, if rules and regulations are quite strict at your work place, then your employer may terminate you for this reason.

Sussane, that wasn't the question. It had to do with NMLS, after all.
I don't think anyone in the nation is looking at DUI as a criminal offense, so I'd suggest you're in the clear.
