What legal words should I include in a promissory notes paid off early?
My church borrowered monies from an individual to build a new church. There is a verbal agreement between the church and the individual to pay the note off early and to deduct interest from July 20, 2008 to august 25, 2012 for paying the note off early. The church needs to put in writing a statement agreeing to paying principal only on this note, but do not know how to word the statement legally if the individual should try and charge interest he stated the church could deduct if pay off early.

talk to an attorney or paralegal, also a local title company might be able to draw up such a document.
I am looking for individuals who own promissory notes with individuals
and are looking to sell it for cash. Some examples are.... mobile homes
where they all ready own the land, houses, builders or developers, etc.
