I have taken home loan last a year now I need money for some personal reson so I alredy have home loan then may I eligible to apply for personal loan ...?

you can obtain personal loans from a variety of finance companies (citifinancial, household finance, for example), and you can also try credit unions, and local banks.
Yes if you have good credit then local banks will give personal loans. But i think credit unions have better rates then major banks. How is your credit?
