Is there a Portfolio Lender out there

Posted on: 26th Feb, 2011 09:56 am
I have an approximately 670 middle score no debt and a 10 year old bankruptcy on my credit report. I need a portfolio lend. Is there one out there that can help me. I have verifiable income and tax returns. I have contracts on two homes. I have been paying the mortgage on one for over a year and have given the owner a non refundable EMD and the other one where we are currently living I have given the owner a non refundable deposit of $26,000.

I need a portfolio lender. Is there one out there that can help. One property is in Louisiana and the other is in Manassas Virginia

Thank you.

why do you need a portfolio lender? Do you already own the max amount of homes allowed?

I need a lender that does not sell there loans. I have a 10 year old bankruptcy still reporting on my credit report. I will report until 2012.

But that is not a reason to need a portfolio lender - Both FHA and conventional loans allow for older BK's
Thats why i asked - you may not need to find a portfolio lender
Just one that does investment loans

SKREISLER: I would be happy to help with the Manassas Virginia proeprty. We are not licensed in Mississippi but I could refer you to a lender or two that is and could fund your loan. Contact me directly if you still need help. Email is best.

You can get a portfolio lender easily in your vicinity by registering and logging in to any local business submission sites or in the yellow pages. Most of them are listed there.
