My boyfriend and I applied for an apartment. But I have a bad credit score - 548. My boyfriend has a higher credit score. But we both have good jobs. We do not have any felonies mentioned in the account. Will we qualify for the apartment?

If your boyfriend's credit is good enough (in the range of 700-750), then you will be able to get an apartment.

That is the landlords decision - each will have their own criteria -
I have a few rentals and when I look at credit I look for evictions and judgments - I dont need to see a high score just want to know that rents will be paid
