I bought this home four years ago at 9.75%. It sets on blocks with skirting but has large screened in deck attachedand 5ft fence attached in side yard.I owe about 30,000 on it. The morage amount is fine but I need a cheaper interest rate. PLEASE HELP ME

hi sandy,

if you have equity in your property, then you can contact your lender and apply for a mortgage refinance. as rates are going low, if you refinance the loan, you'll be able to get a better rate to pay off the mortgage.
