whether bank can hold charge after releasing the title deed of the property
A loan was taken from bank and title deed of 3 properties was mortgaged over which charge was created and the same was informed to registrar of companies. now when the loan is repayed and also bank has handed over the title deed, the bank is not putting signature on the form for release of the charge which is to be submitted before the registrar of companies.

Welcome braj_law.
If you have paid the bank off then they should give you the mortgage release certificate. They have already transferred the title deed to you. So why aren't they giving the release letter? Have you talked with the bank on this issue?
