Should the final hud list haz ins p.o.c. in section 903 of the hud
I had a borrower who paid his hazard insurance in full prior to refinancing his home. Should we show on our est hud and final hud in section 903, that the borrower p.o.c. his haz insurance. And include the amount that was p.o.c.???
Your escrow company will put it in the appropriate place. Just shoot over the zero balance due to them and they will put on the est hud if it needs to be there.
