Hi mdunn,

Are you looking for a seller financing? You can list the property in the market and check out if you can get buyers for the property. If you get buyers for the property, you can tell them that you want to offer them seller financing and check out if they are ready for it or not. But you should remember that when you go for seller financing, you should sign an agreement with the buyer recording all the improtant points for the deal. You can hire an attorney for it.

"I am in a fixed term contract for another year, i am looking to move house and sell mine but carry the morgage over. Does anyone know if this is possible and how to set the ball rolling?"

Yes i would like support to adonis's threat, as he says you must have to make advertisement to get buyers for your property to advertise for you can give ads on internet as well as you can give advertisement bu new paper.

Then as adonis says you can tell them that you want to offer them seller financing and check out if they are ready for it or not. But you should remember that when you go for seller financing, you should sign an agreement with the buyer recording all the important points for the deal. You can hire an attorney for it.

Best of luck to you.
