I am buying a property. I want to know what closing costs do the buyer and the seller can share?
There is no clear cut demarcation in regards to the closing costs which may be shared between the buyer and the seller. It will depend upon the buyer and the seller to negotiate and share the costs.
I agree with the reply of the Niccss that it may not be possible to calculate the closing costs that is shared between the buyer and the seller. The closing cost may depend on the negotitaion process of the seller and the buyer.
