What would be the common title for someone providing post closing services?
I'm seeking a common title for someone that provides post closing duties, including shipping out the closed and collateral files along with clearing Errors and Omissions.
I'm seeking a common title for someone that provides post closing duties, including shipping out the closed and collateral files along with clearing Errors and Omissions.
It's the title closer at the title co that will send signed docs back to to the lender. At the lender, it's their post closer or shipper that sends them off to the final investor. Hope that helps.
