Hello everyone... Are there lenders who will approve a loan with a FICO score of 610?
You can check out if FHA lenders can help you get a loan.
You will have to get in touch with the lenders to know if you can get approval for a loan with a FICO score of 610. It depends upon the lender whether or not he will provide you the loan.
There are very few lenders that will go below 620 but they are out there - keep in mind lenders expect a lot of other things to be solid to accept marginal credit below this level - plan on jumping through soom hoops to get financing - if you repair the credit and at least get the score to 620 there will be a lot more options available -

FHA lenders can give such loans. Conventional lenders will ask for a credit score above 700.
