In today's market, getting a loan with no money down will be quite impossible. You may check out the option of FHA loan which requires a down payment of 3.5% only.

No, you won't be able to buy a house without making any down payment. You need to know that if you're thinking to take out a conventional loan, then you'll have to make 20% down payment on the home's value. However, for an FHA loan, you're required to make only 3.5% down payment. Make sure you have this money with you or else you won't be able to get any kind of mortgage loan.

Are you VA eligible? VA loans require 0% down in most instances.

You can also look at homes in USDA approved areas. USDA does not require a down payment, if you and the property meet their guidelines.

There is an FHA 100, that requires $100 down on a home. The property would have to be participating in this program.

ALSO, if you are in CA, NV, AZ, NM, TX or UT, we offer 1/2% down program. So a purchase of $250 would require a $1250 down payment.

We also do not have an overlay for your down payment to be gifted on an FHA loan.
