As a seasoned buyer, I know that the 6% Realtor Commission actually comes out of the equity of the home. This lie that Realtors tell buyers that the Seller pays their commission is a joke to those who understand how things really work.
Why aren't more buyers and seller waking up and to this PRICE FIXING the Real Estate industry has been able to get away with and how can consumers stop Realtors from getting away with taking 6% of the equity out of homes for doing something a monkey can do?

They are not worth what they charge, yet they will complain about my fees and rate. Who do they think they are charging, or better yet TAKING so much money from the Seller and Buyer? Then act like they somehow deserve this much money!

i didn't realize monkeys were capable of listing, showing and selling real estate while advising borrowers of other options that apply.
is there a course in monkey-speak that people can take so that they'll understand what they're being told?

It's so pathetic to see how everyone elevates realtors up to an undeserved potision and thinks what they do requires any skill at all.
You go ahead and use FULL COMMISSION realtors and keep giving away equity for no reason.
