Will I be able to buy a condo with a very low income? I will not need a mortgage loan as I have $ 200,000 to spend on whatever. Please help!
You have mentioned that you will not be taking out a mortgage loan and will be buying the property for cash. In such a situation, your income won't be of any importance. You will get a condo with low income.

You're one of those lucky people who can buy a property with cash. So, you need not worry about your income. Just go for it.
Of course, you can buy a condo home on low income as it may not be impediment for you because you're not taking out mortgage.
