What are the requirements for FHA loan?
Hi Johnny2009, Well to start you need a min fico score of 620, A min of 3.5% Down Payment, 2+ years of stable work history, 2 months most recent bank statements, 2 most recent pay checks. These are the basic requirements. There are other numbers that come into affect like your debt and stuff like that.

The requirement for get FHA ( Federal Housing Administration ) Mentioned below.

1) You must have to 620* Fico score.

2) You must have to earlier bank statements.

3) You need to maintain your financial records clear.

4) 3.5% of loan amount for down payment is must.

5) Other Terms & Conditions will be applied by your location or lender.

Hello,

At this time thinking and getting loan is quite difficult but with FHA's recent recommendations now one can get loan after fulfilling all basic requirements.

Here no one can tell u in details about the basic requirements instead you should visit relevant local offices or visit other relevant websites eg

what you've stated is not so, admin3. we have several lenders here who know the requirements, and gunzi and gary above both stated much of that quite well, in fact.
