ONE SIMPLE QUESTION:>I do something better>only one question (response no have to be legal)only
information:>if I pay pre pay mip also i have to pay($$ equal amount $$) in
finance mip??this example graphic is explicit == $2,488 mip funding fee and
also $2488 finance fee mip =$4,900 ?? (both included, charge, put in the loan
in form 1003 HUD////of course you notice this is a loan FHA(of course you
know that)
If the Up Front Mortgage Insurance Premium is $2,488, you either pay for that in cash so it is not added to the base FHA mortgage amount
or
it is added to the base FHA mortgage amount if you do not pay cash for it.

One or the other is correct, not both.

grama,

In every state there are state banking authorities.which do take care of customer's grievances.
This is really good link where you can get your state's regulating authority regarding banking.

Hi grampa!

Welcome to forums!

If you pre-pay your mortgage dues, you can be liable for the pre-payment penalty if it's mentioned in your mortgage docs. If you pre-pay your loan, you do not need to refinance it. You can take a new loan on the same property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi grampa,

As John has stated in his earlier post, both cannot be charge to you at a point of time. The lender can either ask you to pay it upfront or it may be included in your base mortgage amount. As you've mentioned that you want to sort out the issue, I would suggest you to contact an attorney and take his opinion in this regard. He would let you know what steps you need to take in order to file a lawsuit against your lender.

Take care.

Hi Bensonclive,

"For any query henceforth related to mortgage just log on to "www.mortgagefit.com" and get the best available solutions. "
I don't think you should be saying it again and again. It's just that it may send a wrong message to the unregistered members who post their queries in our forums. They may feel that their queries won't be answered if they do not register with MortgageFit. However, it is not so. In our forums, we give suggestions to both the registered as well as unregistered members. So, I would suggest you not to add those lines in your posts.

I hope you'll understand and co-operate with us.

May god bless you
