I HAVE 1 ACRE AND A 2 ACRE RAW LAND THAT I WANT TO TAKE A LOAN FROM USING THE RAW LAND AS COLLATERAL, ARE THERE LENDERS OR BANKS THAT WILL DO THIS?
While there are still a few national lenders who will allow you to purchase land only, the only ones doing land loan cash out refinances are typically local community banks which use their own funds for the loans, I'd start searching towns near the land for any smaller banks that exist.
