I own a mobil home triple wide free and clear. It is in a mobile home park on rented land. I need a new roof and new air conditioner and want to know if I can get a home improvement loan. It was purchased for 95,000 in 2006. I am 69 years old, work full time and have a good credit rating of about 690 to 700. Are there lenders out there that I can get this type of loan from? I was told I could not get a loan on a mobile home unless I owned the land. Thanks
