I have just spent the last month trying to find a HUD title 1 loan. I am a disabled senior. My credit score with Experian is 717. I have the 10% down in my savings. Will some help me find a lender PLEASE. I live in an apartment that is full of MOLD & it is making me sick. I live in the East bay area of CA. My e-mail address is "brandystravel@gmail.com".
