My question is will I qualify to be a 1st time home buyer if i owned a mobile home in a park where i pay 508.00 in lot rent and did not take out a mortgage to purchase. I have no deed only a title like a car title.

As you already own a mobile home, you will not qualify as a first time home buyer when you try to get another loan. Those people are considered as first-time home buyer who did not own a principal residence during the three-year period prior to the purchase of the new property.
