Does anyone have any contacts of names of compnaies for loan modofocation experts?

As far as I know, your lender will help you in doing the loan modification. You can speak to the lender and check out the options available for you with the lender. If you find the alternate repayment plan that the lender is offering you is affordable, you can opt for it.

I agree with James. You need to speak to your lender and he will help you with the loan modification process. The loss mitigation department of the lender will try to negotiate with you and give you a repayment plan with which you will be able to pay the dues. Before accepting the loan modification plan you should first check out the terms and conditions of the plan.
