Who offers the best rates on Investor NINA (NO INCOME NO ASSET) Or stated income type mortgages or investor mortgages where they just run a quick credit check without verifying information for loans applicable in NYC?

I found one lender who will do such loans but they are being very inspecific on rate. But it does seem like he will do such if I had a final price and contract in hand. But with the vagueness of his offer and non specifics, I don't know if I can trust him fully so I would like to shop offers with other institutions first.
