Can i qualify for a mortgage with a score of 590.
Hi, With a score of 590 no you will not get a loan with a score of that. FHA loans require atleast 620 fico score.
Hi, Yes thats correct you will not be able to get a loan with a score of 590. Bump it up to 620 then you should be able to qualify for a FHA loan.
hello gary im new here its nice to participate in these forums and its really nice to meet you.
Hi Maria, Its very nice to meet you as well. Yes these forums are amazing and the people here are great. Hope you enjoy here on the forums.
yes you can get a loan with a score like that at a good rate too. i can help
Hi joejoe, I find it very hard to believe you can help someone out with a score of 590 and get them a good rate on the loan. If he can get his score to 620 or above then it will open a lot of doors and options.
Yes 620 will atleast let him apply for an FHA loan.
nice to see a budding friendship emerge...joejoe might have some broker contact that will allow for a loan at a 590 score. we've seen tons of references to borrowers qualifying with scores below 620. who? why? where? i sure don't know, but i suppose they exist somewhere.
you will not be able to get a mortgage loan for a credit score of 590... you should try to increase your credit score above 620, so that you can apply for FHA loans.......
All the best.... :)

Yes there are a couple of lenders who will work with that score. Not many...but they are out there.
