46k Mortgage

Posted on: 18th Aug, 2010 12:53 pm
We have been self employed for the last 6 months and make approx 2k per months after expenses and have excellent credit. How difficult would it be to get a 46k mortgage? Thanks
Hi Guest!

Welcome to forums!

You can get a personal loan for the mentioned amount but it would be difficult for you to qualify for a conventional mortgage because you're self employed at present. The lender will want to check your pay stubs and tax returns before he gives you a loan.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
