I would like to get information on home loans for a single wide home. I get social security disability and would like to get a single wide home as soon as possible
Hi zondo!

Welcome to forums!

As far as I know, social security income will qualify as an income in order to get a mortgage. If you have a good credit score, then it would be easier for you to get a loan. What type of loan are you planning to get - FHA or conventional? Both have different lending criteria. If you meet the required criteria of the lender, you would get a loan.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
