Ok, so I could get a loan. Where might I get this loan? The insurance has valued the mobile at $60,000. I only need $5000. I have decent credit. What type of criteria are they looking for to give such a loan?

I too think that you won't get a title loan of so less an amount. Nevertheless, you might negotiate with the lender.
