i own my trailer but not the land it is sitting on was wondering if i would be eligable for a loan using trailer as collateral to clean up credit and do some improvement on trailer basically new windows has new roof and rest is in excellent condition maybe a bigger hot water heater also to be honest credit is not good want to clear it up so we can purchase land in future
Probably I woudl say yes, based on your creditreport and income
