Hello,
I don't know if this forum is still current but I am about to purchase a property in Northern Virginia that qualifies for the USDA Rural Home LOan Program and I can't find anyone in Fairfax/Loudoun counties who seem to have any knowledge/experience with it. I believe the official lender is Wells Fargo/Wachovia and I have called several locations with no luck. Can someone refer me to a lender in Fairfax, VA who can help me?
