I am planning for a commercial purchasing. Will I be able to get a VA loan?

As far as I know, VA loans are available only for the purchase of primary residence. So, I do not think you will be able to get this loan for commercial purchasing.

VA is for primary residence only - you will need to find a commercial lender - they are out there - the qualifying process is a little different so you should reach out and see what it takes to qualify before getting too far along
