Is there a lender in Michigan that will do a construction to permanent loan with 10% down? After making some inquiries, I've been told I must have 20% down to start the construction loan process.
I have same question that you should have to offer least 20% down payment in order to refinance your construction loan to a permanent loan. I think that you contact other mortgage insurance.
