Want to borrow enough to move home out of trailer park and buy land for a single wide mobile home which is 14x80 and will be paid for by december 2012.

You will have to contact the local mobile home loan lenders and the lenders offering land loans and get to know whether or not they will be able to offer you loans depending upon your financial and credit situation.

there are a lot of folks who are and will be very comfortable about their prospects of taking out a home equity loan and paying that down over time. it may even make complete sense when you work out the details and see that you can get rid of your bad and costly debt so much faster by using your home's equity as the fix.
