I have a 585 credit score and I have found a double wide and with the economy I`m having a hard time finding a lender.

i got a sinlge wide trailor on a land/home packaged deal,i want to trade my singlewide in for bigger double for my family has grown and my credit score is 646 but i'm really having a hard time fiding someone that wants to help me.i need a better payment a month than what i got now.i pay 505.25 for a single wide trailor on a 30 yr. plan. :shock:
Its really difficult to get th loan below 620 credit score.
