where can i find a 1st mortage on a 2002 doublewide with 2 acres of land? all is paid for and wanting to do a debt consolidation. It is not brick underpinned but has vinyl underpinning. Thanks

You can get a loan on your paid-for moble home and land. But you need to give a few more details because the lenders check various other factors before approving your loan. What is your credit score? Do you have any negatives on your credit report? Do you have other debts?
