we wanting to get a manufactured home but we have a unsecured cash loan for 23,000 we need to pay first or get refinance. we own 4 acres and a mobile home. is there any way of getting the 23,000 added into the mortage? what kind of mortage would that be? thanks so much! amanda
It really depends on how much the property is worth and how much you currently owe on your mortgage. Also, what is the age of the home? Is it taxed as real estate?
