if your mobile home is repossed, can you make the morgage company remove the home from your land?

The land is not on the same morgage note as the mobile home. The land is not morgaged with the home.
Hi dylanlane,

As the land is not mortgaged and as your mobile home has been repossessed, you can ask your lender to remove the property from the land asap.
