Though you have another property, but it will not hamper your chance to get approved for mortgage modification. Better contact your lender.
If you have another mortgaged property, I would not suggest that you go to NACA for help because NACA has a strict policy and follows a very strict process with loans and limits. If you still would want to go to NACA, they will be able to help you in modifying your current mortgage loan. Make sure that you come prepared and write down your monthly budgets and other financial details to make it easier for the Mortgage company to assess your loan.
