i am being quit claim deeded a house from a woman that just wants to get out of the house and i would be taking over what she owes on the home.after about 6 months she wants me to refinance but she says i will need some thousands of dollars come that time to put down for closing cost is this accurate?
man oh man...you need a whole lot more information than she's given you so far. do you have a notion as to how much is owed currently? are there any liens on the house other than the first mortgage? what's the value of the home relative to the balance on the mortgage?
