Yearly Salary: $32,565
Equifax FICO Score: 658
Transunion FICO Score: 673
Auto Loan: $308
Student Loans: $224
The properties I've looked into have an average tax of $900. And the insurance I've looked into would run about $350/year. I'd be putting the required 3.5% down.
How much could I potentially qualify for based on this information? Thank you.

FHA is desinged to help people with low income and low FICO score and hight DTI.
You credit score is well aboev the required limit of 620 and you are ready to put down the required 3.5% down payment
Based on yoru numbers, some of the lenders on this forum can tell you how much you qualify for
