Can i have a co signer on a fha approved loan?
Hi Greg, Yes you sure can as long as both of you meet the fha requirements. Which are minimum fico score of 620, 2 years work history, bank statements, recent pay stubs, low debt.
YOU CAN GET FHA LOAN, BUT CREDIT SCORE IS IMPORTANT. IT SHOULD BE AT LEAST 620.
CREDIT SCORE IMPORTANT ROLE IN THIS ALSO PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT IS REQUIRED.
