My dad left me his two home but he has life timme rights the homes and 4 acres are payed for no leins can I use this to help me buy a moudlar home to put on his land me and my wife dont have the best credit

Are you on the title to the land? If you are, then you can definitely use the land to put your modular home on it. However, what could be a problem for you is your credit scores. If you do not have good credit scores, it will be quite difficult to qualify for a home loan. What exactly are your credit scores? Do you have any negative items, like a foreclosure, charge-off, collection, etc., on your credit?
