if a convential mortgage is discharged in 2007 thru chap7 and the bank files foreclosure anyway and it is finalized in july 2008 which timeline does fha use? two year bankruptcy or the foreclosure three year?
You're going to have to clear up whatever issues there were that caused the bank to continue foreclosure proceedings. If the bank is reporting you late after your BK and that loan was not taken care of with the BK, you're not going to be financable at this point. Lates after a bankruptcy do not sit well with lenders. I hope this helps...
