We have a high interest mortgage we would like to refi to get lower rate.Our home is a 12x50 1965 mobile in 1976 we build two rooms on and added a peak roof and thicker insulation and new siding.We remortgage in 2008 now we are having trouble getting a loan.
is there any way we can get a new mortgage?
What is your present credit score? Without a good score, it is almost impossible to get refinance loan within your means.
