My mother can no longer afford to pay her taxes or the up keep on her home and she would like to put it in mine and my husbands name, the home is paid for but is in need of repairs and she no longer carries home owners insurance on the property, we need to know the best way to fill out the form and where do we acquire one for Arizona?

Hi scorpiogirard!

Welcome to forums!

You will have to ask your mother to sign a warranty deed and get the property transferred in your name. Once she does so, you'll become the owner of the property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
