Hi there… If I settle my 2nd mortgage while current on payments can I... get a loan on another property anytime soon after? I have good income.
If you have a good income and if you're paying the mortgage payments on time, then your lender will not be ready to settle it.

I agree with what Niicss has said. If you are current on your payments, then the lender won't consider a settlement.
