How can you request an ACT91 notice be issued? I was put in foreclosure Marc08. I started a forebearance plan with my lender. In FEB09 my payment was late (thank you ice storms). My lender cancelled my forebearance plan and restarted the forclosure process. I am currently in review for a loan modification, but don't want to leave all my eggs in the lenders basket. I did not receive an Act 91 when they restarted the forclosure process. I have contacted the lender and they said it needs to be issued from the state, but can't tell me who to contact to have one issued.
liz, i guess you're in pennsylvania. go to the phfa.org website and you'll find some answers to your questions. i know nothing about act 91 except for what little i just perused after a google search.
