Hello everyone! I applied for short sale and waited for a response from my lender. I did not receive any response from them. Rather, the lender sold off the loan to another lender. So, what should I do now? I am very confused.
As your original lender sold off your loan to a new lender, you will have to apply for a short sale with the new lender and check out if he is ready to consider your request.
You can apply for a short sale with the new lender as well.
