Im in a pickle. I am considering trying to back out of the contract for selling my home. The contract I dont believe is legally binging since it stated for the home inspection to be done within 10 tens and it was 40 days later. Im not sure that makes a difference considering we signed it anyways. I believe that since this has dragged out so long Im not going to be able to get finacnin on a new home as my credit has dropped below 600 since then.....OH MY...so any thoughts????
Check with your attorney. I hope you are using an attorney for this sale transaction...aren't you?
