backing out of a realestate contract

we just put an offer in on a house and the people verbilly excepted but only one has signed. we dont feel comfotable about this house it has been 2 hrs sence they verbilly excepted can we back out?
given that it's only been a short while, i suppose you'll not be hurt if you back out now.

you're wasting time, though - your own, your realtor's, your prospective sellers' and their realtor's, too.

when you make a decision, be sure it's the right one at the right time. when someone's selling a home, it's a major deal for them (and i know it's a major deal for you too), and putting a home on the market, having people traipse through your living room and criticize the decor isn't much fun. think how it feels to accept a bid only to find it withdrawn almost as quickly.

your realtor might just have to take you to school a bit more effectively.
